MENAP growth to drop 2.25 percent by 2014

(MENAFN) The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has announced the launch of its Regional Economic Outlook Update for the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan region (MENAP) on Tuesday, according to Arab News.

Growth of MENAP region is expected to drop reaching 2.25 percent by 2014, or 0.75 percentage point lower than its projection in May 2013.

However, growth is expected to improve in 2014 according to the improved global conditions.
