Muscat’s residential market grows on job creation

23 Jun 2014

(MENAFN) Muscat saw a significant growth in residential sales after job creation boosted to a record high, with both buyers and tenants focusing their attention on higher quality schemes, according to Arabian Business.

Cluttons said in its Muscat Spring 2014 Residential Market Outlook Report that tenant demand has improved in line with increased job creation.

The increased interest in higher quality properties is expected to cause a widening gap between prime and secondary locations throughout the city in the near term.
