(MENAFN) Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approved the launch of two USD898 million major Nakheel projects, reported Arabian Business citing WAM.
Both projects, the Nakheel Mall and the Pointe will be located on the Palm Jumeirah.
The Nakheel Mall, which will cost USD680 million, will extend over a land area of one million sq ft, and will be established on the beachfront at the bottom of the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
Meanwhile, the Pointe will cost USD217.78 million, and will comprise shops, computer-controlled fountains, a marina and a public walk on the tip of the palm-shaped island.
