NAS to improve Afghani airport facilities in USD16 m deal

(MENAFN) The National Aviation Services (NAS) in Kuwait signed a USD16 million deal to improve airport facilities in Afghanistan, Arabian Business reported.

NAS CEO said: “Over the next 12 months, we will use our advanced equipment and professional staff to help Afghanistan provide better aviation services.”

Airport facilities in Afghanistan were managed by Ariana Airlines, but, for the past 12 years, its services had not been to international aviation standards, the Economy Minister said.
