NAT allocates rail work for Metro Line 3 in Egypt

(MENAFN) The National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) assigned application of the rail work for Metro Line 3 to the ETF-ORC-TSO association.

Additionally, the financial offer made by the ETF-ORC-TSO association touched USD 85.62mn, while the offer includes the development of the Rod El Farag station.

On the other hand, NAT confirmed two technical offers for the tender to apply rail works for Metro Line 3, which received 93 percent in the technical evaluation.

The association aims to implement six new subway lines by 2032 to link Greater Cairo and all its suburbs, while it seeks to speed up the rate of work by 2022.
