(MENAFN) The Ministry of Transport and Communications in Oman is performing a study to build new roads and do dualisation work on already existing roads, Times of Oman reported.
The new projects total more than 1,300 kilometers spread across the Sultanate. A study to build 424 kilometers of new roads was conducted.
Eng Muhammed Aref Abu Zaki, Road Design Expert at the Ministry of Transport and Communications said that ten new road projects or dualisation works are currently underway in the country with a total length of 647 kilometers.
