(MENAFN) The residential sector in the Northern Emirates declined in the first quarter of this year, which took place in Sharjah and Fujairah of 2 and 1 percent.
However, the weakening demand for residential units in Sharjah and Ajman was offset by the development of infrastructure.
On the other hand, the emirates continue to invest in infrastructure development and enhance the supply and offering of quality residential buildings.
Moreover, in Sharjah, Tilal City; which is a project worth USD0.65bn is being built, while there has been a strong interest from potential buyers.
