(MENAFN) NPS Energy, a Dubai-based oil services firm, announced the sale plan of the firm and expects a USD700 million sale price, according to Arab News.
The firm announced the sale intention after the failure of a selling deal it made with Norway’s Aker Solutions last year, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The two firms did not reach a final agreement in 2012 on selling NPS Energy for about USD460 million to the oil services company Aker.
