Oman aims to increase exports to Egypt

18 May 2017

(MENAFN) A group of 19 high-profile Omani exporters is collaborating on a two-day Ithraa-led trade delegation to Egypt, which involves site visits to firms in Cairo as well as B2B meetings with Egyptian importers.

Accordingly, the Omani delegation is in Cairo to introduce its hosts to a range of high quality, Oman-made products, forge better connections with business contacts, especially in food processing, marble and others.

Additionally, more than 100 Egyptian firms attended B2B meetings, while this visit has proven to be useful on a number of levels, as it is given participating Omani firms great chances.

Ithraa, founded in 1997, is a government-run, ISO and investor in People certified inward investment and export promotion agency.
