Oman imports of food commodities drop by 3pct

(MENAFN) The value of Oman imports of food commodities reached at OMR1.13bn last year compared to OMR1.19bn among 2014, a drop by 3.06 percent.

Additionally, the value of exports and re-exports of food commodities stood at OMR441.1mn amid the cited period, against OMR426.7mn in 2014.

On the other hand, the Sultanate imports of meat and associated products reached OMR137.5mn through last year, against OMR134.1mn of 2014.

Moreover, the value of Oman imports of fish and associated products stood at OMR26mn in the same year compared to OMR22.8mn during 2014.
