Oman, Iran sign deal for trade, investment ties

(MENAFN) Oman-based Ithraa and Iran’s Trade Promotion Org. currently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to enhance co-op in trade and investment.

Accordingly, almost 73 percent of Iranian consumers are interested in buying foreign products, as soon as they become available.

In addition, the oil and gas sector gets much of the media attention; Iran”s diversified economy is attracting firms across industries.

Iran is the world”s largest exporter of cement, as well as pistachios, saffron and caviar, while shipping is another big earner.
