Oman listed firms allocate USD 11.43mn in social projects

(MENAFN) Listed firms in Oman have allocated USD 11.43mn for their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives this year.

Furthermore, the allocated amount helps funding many CSR projects applied by civil society, non-governmental and charity organizations.

Additionally, almost 57 companies have allocated amounts for their CSR initiatives and another 50 other firms did not mention about their CSR allocation.

The firms that did not highlight the amounts allocated for CSR included, Bank Muscat, which did not make reference to the amount allocated for CSR.
