Additionally, the interest rate on the Repo ops with Central Bank of Oman is 1.275 percent, whereas the discount rate on the Treasury Bills Discounting Facility is 2.025 percent.
Meanwhile, the bills promote the regional money market by making a benchmark yield curve for short-term interest rates.
