(MENAFN) Oman registered a slight 0.08 percent y-o-y growth in average inflation throughout the first eleven months of this year, according to the latest reports.
The food and non-alcoholic beverages saw a price fall of 1.48 percent in Nov compared to 2014, while bread and cereals prices declined 1.34 percent.
However, both fruits and vegetables witnessed a margin increase in price compared to last year, reporting 0.42 percent and 2.53 percent respectively.
Furthermore, both transport and communication sectors recorded a price slump in the cited month of nearly 1.22 percent and 3.13 percent respectively.
