Omani Al Madina spends USD187m on massive complex

(MENAFN) An Omani multi-use healthcare complex which will be known as Al Madina International Hospital is expected to launch by 2018, according to the latest data.
The USD187 million integrate project, being endorsed by the Al Madina Investment, is projected to attract native as well as foreign medical tourists from across the region.
The complex will contain a 225-bed tertiary care hospital, 120 keys three-star hotel apartments, 180 residential apartments, a fitness center and a devoted retail space within the premises.
“We have been always a market mover when it comes to groundbreaking and innovative investment opportunities here in Oman,” stated the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director.
