(MENAFN) Oman’s first integrated light industries city, which will be developed at a USD 258.67mn, is predicted to be finished in the middle of 2018, going to automotive and building sectors.
Moreover, the project will be built over 250,000sqm of land, situated 5km away from Al Mabailah exit at the express way, which will host 2,200 workshops.
Additionally, the city will also host 2,200 exhibitions for building materials and automotive, 400 offices and 1,800 residential units for workers.
All the units, involving workshops, offices, tradeshows and residential units will be offered for direct sale, and buyers have the chance to pay in interest-free payments.
