(MENAFN) Meethaq, the pioneer of Islamic Banking in Oman inked deals with Oman Shipping Company (OSC) to successfully conclude long-term financing facilities of USD202 million to refinance existing Very Large Crude Carriers.
Additionally, high level officials announced that Oman Shipping Company is pleased to sign the financing facility with Meethaq Islamic Banking, thus looks forward to jointly benefit from lucrative deals in the future.
Moreover, the financing agreement comes within the scope of OSC’s strategy and general plan to broaden relations with domestic partners to achieve the highest and most efficient value for the national economy.
“Meethaq is proud to successfully close the long-term financing facility for OSC. This is a significant milestone in the long-standing relationship between Meethaq and Oman Shipping Company,” said Meethaq’s General Manager.
