Oman’s Mideast investment to record USD15b a year

(MENAFN) A report shows that Nearly USD15 billion per year will flow out of the Middle East into direct real estate globally in the near term.

As a result of falling oil prices, The Middle Eastern investor base has expanded. A greater proportion of Middle Eastern capital is targeted at the US.

A USD5 billion was invested globally, during the first quarter of this year, almost equally split between Europe and Americas.

“Recent signs that the Middle Eastern investor base is maturing and becoming more complex in nature is a healthy attribute,” said Global Research, CBRE.
