Oman’s OIF to acquire 33.6 percent stake in Taageer

(MENAFN) Oman Investment Fund (OIF) announced it is acquiring 33.63 percent stake in Taageer Finance Co. from Al Anwar Holdings, Muscat Daily reported.

The deal, which is awaiting a formal approval from the Central Bank of Oman, is set to be worth USD 696.53.

Al Anwar is the largest shareholder in Taageer Finance, with other major shareholders being Arab Investment Company with 18.79 percent and Iran Foreign Investment Co 12.49 percent stake.
