(MENAFN) Ooredoo posted a 12.2 percent increase in net profit for the first six months of this year, while its teleco’s net profit grew to USD64.018mn from USD57.07mn.
On the other hand, Q2 net profit reached USD31.62mn, an increase of 7 percent from USD29.56mn.
Accordingly, the firm’s mobile and fixed customer base grew by 3.2 percent to USD7.30mn, while six-month revenue gained 8.9 percent to USD341.43mn.
Furthermore, the company’s net profit involves an adjustment relating to an income-tax provision.
