Oman’s trade surplus hits OMR942mn

(MENAFN) Oman’s trade surplus reached OMR942.2mn for the Jan-Sep period of 2016, as stated the National Center for Statistics and Information.

Additionally, the whole value of Oman’s commodity exports reached OMR7.5bn till the end of Sep 2016, a drop of 28.2 percent.

Moreover, the Sultanate’s commodity imports reached OMR6.5bn until the end of the cited period, a fall of 21.4 percent compared to the same period of 2015.

Meanwhile, the value of crude oil exports amid the same period also reaches OMR3.5bn, while the value of refined oil exports reached OMR117.5mn.
