Oman’s USD 187.1 healthcare project to start in Q2

(MENAFN) The first construction work on a main joined healthcare complex planned in Oman, overseeing the application of the private-led venture.

Accordingly, the project which foresees a 225-bed tertiary-care hospital, 120-key three-star hotel apartments, and 300 residential apartments is working as planned.

In addition, the project is in the concept design stage, while the fund-raising is progressing well too, and the whole investment in the venture worth USD 187.1mn.

Moreover, investors in the venture are regional players, but also involve Saudi and other GCC players, also there is a tertiary-care hospital offering specialist care.
