(MENAFN) ETA Star Property Developers’ General Manager Sales, Rajesh Rao, stated that prices for properties in The Grandeur Residences on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah grew by more than 40 percent, reported Emirates 24/7.
Rao attributed the surge in prices to the growing demand for prime Dubai properties, noting that nearly 18 months ago, prices fell to USD381.05 per square foot; however, they grew to reach more than USD489.92 at the current time.
He added that more than 70 apartments in the project have been delivered till date and more than 40 families have moved in.
It is worth noting that the bulk of buyers in the project are Russians and Indians.
