Qatar Airways increases baggage allowance

(MENAFN) Qatar Airway decided to increase baggage allowance on all its flights worldwide, Saudi Gazette reported.
Baggage allowance for the economy class was increased to 30kg from 23kg. First class was increased by 10kg to 50kg while business class up to 40kg. However, the number of allowed bags remained the same.
Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker said: “Revising our standard baggage allowance comes at a time whereby the number of destinations we fly is increasing and our global reach is broadening.”
