(MENAFN) Qatar Airways said that it plans to boost its seating capacity by 30 percent on direct flights to Perth by upgrading the aircraft to Boeing 777-300, according to QNA.
The upgrade from a Boeing 777-200 to a 777-300 will add 30 percent more seats on the direct daily flights to Perth Airport. The number of seats will be increased by 1,064 per week.
Perth, first launched in July 2012, became the second Australian destination for the airline, joining Melbourne which was launched in 2009.
