(MENAFN) Qatar Airways stated that starting May 2013, the carrier would start its service to Oman’s Salalah, with 4 weekly flights, reported Arabian Business.
At the current time, Qatar Airways implements a new code share deal with Oman Air on flights between Doha and Muscat, where the Qatari carrier lands 31 times a week.
The new non-stop service will operate via an Airbus A320 plane.
It is worth noting that since the beginning of the current year, Qatar Airways has introduced flights to Azerbaijan’s Baku, Georgia’s Tbilisi, Rwanda’s Kigali, Croatia’s Zagreb, Iraq’s Erbil and Baghdad, Australia’s Perth, Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro, Myanmar’s Yangon and Mozambique’s Maputo.
