(MENAFN) Qatar Navigation (Milaha) recorded a net profit of USD100.15 million in the first quarter of the year, marking an increase by 4 percent year-on-year, Gulf Times reported.
The profit that was recorded in the same period of 2014 was USD95.76 million. The firm’s operating revenues increased to USD215.67 million, showing an increase by 12 percent.
Additionally, the operating profit showed a slight increase from USD74.91 million up to USD76.55 million in the aforementioned period.
“We are very pleased to have started 2015 so strongly overall” the chairman of Qatar Navigation said in a statement.
