(MENAFN) Qatar’s Ministry of Finance said it held talks with The American Ministry of Commerce to discuss ways to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, QNA reported.
The discussion focused on a number of economic and trade issues of interest for both countries, including encouraging mutual investment in a number of vital sectors, and increasing the volume of trade exchange.
The Ministry said that the talks also dealt with topics regarding finding new scopes of bilateral cooperation as well as combating money laundering and dealing with issues that might negatively effects the trades between the two countries.
