(MENAFN) Qatar’s Al Meera Holding’s Deputy CEO, Mohammed Nasser al Qahtani, stated that the company would establish 2 new shopping malls in the Qatari capital, reported The Peninsula.
Al Qahtani said that the malls will be located at Ain Khaled area and at Al Mansoura, and would comprise two hypermarkets, with the total area reaching 100,000 square meters.
He added that Al Meera, of which 26 percent is owned by the Qatari government and 74 percent by shareholders, granted the contract to Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB)
Recently, the company has upgraded its shops in collaboration with a reputable international consultancy house to meet international standards in terms of interior design, marketing, promotion, and other technical and operational aspects.
It is worth noting that Al-Meera owns over 20 branches in Qatar.
