(MENAFN) The consumer price index for Oct this year has dropped by 0.4 percent to 108.5 compared to Sep of this year, driven by a fall in recreation and culture.
On the other hand, the index has grown by 2.2 percent in Oct of the current year compared to the same month of 2015.
However, recreation and culture group declined by 2.6 percent, transport by 1.1 percent, food and beverages by 0.4 percent.
Meanwhile, an increase in prices was noticed in restaurants and hotels by 0.9 percent, clothing and footwear by 0.8 percent.
