(MENAFN) Economic Zones Co. (Manateq) inked a deal with Ismail Bin Ali Group (IBA) in order to strengthen government and private sector co-op in the nation.
Meanwhile, IBA will invest QR550mn to develop and operate accommodation buildings that will house up to 8.700 employees in the Ras Bufontas Special Economic Zone.
Furthermore, the new development will sit on an area of almost 150.000 square meters, which has been handed over by Manateq and will accommodate up to 8.784 workers.
In addition, designed to boost the overall experience for both workers, it will involve workers, supervisor and technician accommodations in the form of fully-equipped rooms.
