Qatar’s onshore oil price jumps to USD55.11 a barrel

(MENAFN) Qatar’s onshore oil price in Feb increased above its price in Jan to hit USD55.11 a barrel, which means the oil price remained USD10.11 above the price of USD45 a barrel.

However, the value of margin traded in Feb has declined to QR5.71bn, while the market value of all stock shares by the end of Feb grew by QR9.5bn to QR577.7bn.

Accordingly, a fall in total banks assets reached almost QR9.9bn to stand at QR1261.9bn, government and the public sector total deposit dropped to QR16.7bn.

Meanwhile, the country’s inflation rate numbers of Jan showed that inflation rate had dropped to 1.2 percent compared to 1.8 percent in December.
