Qatar’s Q4 GDP touches USD 55.01bn

(MENAFN) Qatar’s GDP in the fourth quarter of 2015, at constant 2013 prices, reached USD 55.01bn recording year-on-year of 4 percent.
However, the nominal GDP shows fall of 0.4 percent compared to Q3 of 2015, while the nominal Gross Value Added (GVA) of mining sector is USD 13.092bn.
Additionally, the minor GVA of Non Mining and Quarrying sector reached USD 27.23bn in Q4, which shows a rise of 2.1 percent over 2014.
Transport and Communication sector produced nominal value added of USD 1.84bn in Q4, 2015 against USD 1.75bn in Q4, 2014.
