(MENAFN) QInvest, Qatar’s pioneering private investment group proclaimed its cooperation with a GCC institutional investor to make and launch the Magnolia Real Estate Fund.

Furthermore, the Magnolia Fund is focused on investing in the fast-growing, income-generating multifamily residential market in the U.S., which is witnessing its 7th consecutive year of growth.

In addition, the asset is projected to yield net cash in excess of 8 percent on annual basis and a net IRR in the range of 12-13 percent.

Accordingly, QInvest is targeting value-add multifamily investments in strong submarkets amid the U.S., while the aimed annual net cash yield exceeds average returns usually achieved in real estate equity.
