(MENAFN) Qatar’s real estate sector accumulated transactions left the country with a record USD900 million in less than two weeks, following the signing of three major deals this month, The Peninsula reported.
The figures for this accumulated value for the real estate sector were issued earlier this month by the Land Registry office of the Ministry of Justice, according to which the three deals added USD392.44 million to the total sum.
The three deals are the Dafna tower, sold for USD257 million, a residential compound in Al Wakra for USD109.7 million, and another housing complex in Ummghuwalina in Doha for USD27.44 million.
