Qatar’s SMEs posts USD852.3m worth investments

(MENAFN) More than 70pct of Qatar’s SMEs posted cumulative investments worth USD852.3mn last year.

Accordingly, the Gulf Org. for Industrial Consulting (Goic) said that the amount came from 596 SMEs or 77.3pct of the whole 771 manufacturing factories.

In addition, almost USD15bn was invested in the SME sector in the Gulf Co-op Council or 4 percent of the total industrial investments in the GCC valued at USD393.7bn.

Moreover, Goic also proclaimed that it relied uniformly on the invested capital, which differentiates different types of Gulf industries.
