(MENAFN) The construction activities and the strong presence of multi-national firms is expected to fboost Middle East facility management (FM) market in the next five years, a report said.
The market will reach USD945.11 billion Worldwide by 2025 with integrated FM (IFM) as the fastest growing segment, added new analysis from Frost & Sullivan, a growth partnership firm.
Enabling Internet of Things, Big Data and advanced connectivity will lead for both service suppliers and clients, and create robust opportunities for integrated workplace change management solutions.
“As services mature and commodities, innovation through new business models, technology deployment, and more sophisticated value propositions will be critical for growth,” the report added.
