(MENAFN) A center for renewable energy and energy efficiency has been approved by the Bahraini Cabinet, Arabian Business reported.
The center, which is conjunction with the United Nations Development Programme, will provide energy-related studies and plans for infrastructure projects as well as establishing future strategies for using renewable energy.
Investments in renewable energy is picking up in the Gulf kingdom, an oil producer.
