(MENAFN) The residential property prices in Dubai have plunged by 5.1 percent year-on-year in Oct, due to a steep fall in apartment and villa prices.
Moreover, the prices in the country rental market dropped by 0.8 points, from 97.3 to 96.5, which shows a decline of 0.79 percent in Oct 2016.
In addition, the apartment rental prices also recorded a decline last month down by 0.75 percent month-on-month and also fell by 4.6 percent yearly.
On the other hand, apartment sales prices posted a decline in the same month, down by 0.45 percent month-on-month and 0.4 percent year-on-year.
