(MenaFn) The leading family and shopping destination in Sharjah Sahara Center announced a significant growth in sales during the last Ramadan, reported Khaleej Times.
The center hit a 75 percent rise is sales during Ramadan, while the number of visitors increased 45 percent. Also Eid days recorded 25 percent increase in number of visitors.
Akram Ammar, Sahara Centre”s managing director, said: “The mall has grown in popularity as the preferred destination for shoppers in Sharjah, who used to previously make the long trek to Dubai during weekends. With more than 100 new places to shop… there isn”t any need to leave Sharjah.”
