(MENAFN) Oman’s Saraya Bandar Jissah’s board of directors agreed to increase the company’s capital by USD18.13 million, Times of Oman reported.
The board approved the move during their meeting at the beginning of the month. The approval raises the company’s capital to USD129.5 million.
Chief executive of Saraya Bandar Jissah said: “The OMR7 million capital injection shows the shareholders continued commitments to the project and will enable us to move forward at full pace to the second phase of construction.”
