(MENAFN) Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, president of the The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, inked four agreements for the development of the region with a total value of USD140.3 million, reported Arab News.
One of the contracts was signed with Beijing Construction Engineering Group for developing infrastructure around a new headquarters building.
The new building would be constructed in a 56,000 square meter area and its two sides will be facing the Red Sea. The project comprises construction of two adjacent buildings, parks and service facilities.
