(MENAFN) A high-level trip held by the German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office ensued the signing of MoU between Saudi company and German consultancy firm, Saudi Gazette reported.
Parties included in the signing are Al Naba International Company, German consultants company BiPRO, and a Saudi environmental consultant. The MoU aims at forming a new consultants company in Jubail.
BiPRO Middle East, the name of the new firm, will be operating on fair basis. Its services will include areas of accident prevention, waste management and chemicals supply.
‘The signing is an important step to strengthen the business relations between Germany and the Kingdom and to facilitate the transfer of know-how and technology,’ a German delegate said.
