Saudi Arabia allocates USD367mn for SMEs in tourism sector

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia will have new tourism destinations in the western region, while it did not get the approval for creating Quran Oases in Madinah, two musems in Makkah amid other projects.

Therefore, the kingdom wants to enhance activities and places that pilgrims could visit, while they have more than 400 trained tourist guides who are authorized by the commission.

Recently, they are now having 300.000 hotel rooms and are applying classifications for them, while some of them are not classified yet.

Through these projects is a project for a hotel in Riyadh where 500 handicraft makers are included in making 200 rooms.
