Saudi Arabia to invest in Indonesia’s oil and gas sector

(MENAFN) Indonesia re-linked the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the nation continues to attract investors for its energy sector.

However, the investment not just in oil and gas sectors, but also into other energy sectors like coal and geothermal, also in power plants and energy infrastructure.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia, top Opec producer claimed its plan to invest in Indonesia and is recently taking part in an open tender held by Indonesia’s company Pertamina.

The request began after another deal between the two nations was closed to jointly upgrade the capacity of the nation’s existing, with an investment of USD 5.5bn.
