Saudi GDP grew 5.1 pct in 2012

(MENAFN) The Saudi Central Department of Statistics and Information (CDSI) reported that the country’s GDP boosted 5.1 percent last year, while, during the years 2008 to 2012, the average growth was 6.3 percent, according to Arab News.

Goss domestic product (GDP) of Saudi Arabia saw an improvement during the last five years reaching about USD0.70 trillion last year.

Also, shares of the Kingdom’s private sector saw an improvement reaching 57.6 percent in the last half decade, up from 48.9 percent during 2003 to 2007.
