(MENAFN) Saudi Arabian business group and Dubai-based Emaar Properties have signed a memorandum of understanding for a developing plan in Saudi Arabia, according to Arabian Business.
Through the MoU, the two parties will launch Emaar Jameel, which aims to draw the latest technologies and offer smart connectivity.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, president of Abdul Latif Jameel, and Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar.
They will also work on building landscaped central parks, grand mosques, educational institutions, healthcare centers, children”s play areas and community centers.
