(MENAFN) The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Free Zone Authority of Nouadhibou, according to Arab News.
The agreement aims to strengthen the complementary roles and solidify this partnership for the support of the private sector development in Mauritania.
Khaled Mohammed Al-Aboodi, chief executive officer of the ICD, said: “The ICD aims to overcome the difficulties faced in developing Special Economic Zones by availing the appropriate advisory services in meeting the requirements of our partners in the Member Countries. This will be through building a network of specialized consultants and experts in order to strengthen internal capabilities and move forward in the development of projects from just a feasible idea to a real existing project.”
