(MENAFN) Saudi Ambassador to Egypt and the Kingdom’s Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ahmed Abdul-Aziz Al Qattan, said that his country’s imports from Egypt hiked thirty percent in January, year-on-year, reported SPA.

The ambassador said that more increases in Egyptian exports to Saudi are expected in the near future.

Al Qattan noted that this increase comes in line with the recommendations of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, in which he encouraged bilateral trade and stronger ties between the two countries.
