(MENAFN) Inflation of Saudi Arabia fell to 2.6 percent in March, compared to 2.8 percent in February, according to Arab News.
Housing rents in the kingdom surged 4.5 percent in March compared to the same period in 2013.
Beverage and food prices, and overall housing and utilities increased 3.8 percent and 4.1 percent, respectively.
Average inflation in Saudi Arabia was expected to remain unchanged at 3.5 percent this year and boost to 4.0 percent in 2015.
